Overview
This policy explains what information unolocus.com processes and why. There is no account or sign-up feature, so we do not collect account details such as your name or phone number. However, as described below, some information is processed through cookies, visit statistics, ads, and contact emails.
Calculator inputs
All calculators process inputs in your browser and never transmit them to our servers. When inputs are preserved via URL query parameters (e.g., ?salary=50000000), this only becomes externally visible through your explicit sharing action (copying or sending the URL).
Cookies this site stores
We store unolocus_cards (your saved tools, 1 year), unolocus_currency (your chosen currency, 1 year), and NEXT_LOCALE (your chosen language, 1 year) in your browser. These values are only used for display settings and are not stored separately on our servers. We do not use localStorage or sessionStorage. You can delete or block these cookies in your browser settings; blocking them means your saved tools and currency choice will not be remembered.
Visit statistics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are used so we can improve the content. Google collects usage information such as pages visited, navigation paths, device/browser/OS, approximate location, and referral source via cookies starting with _ga. Retention follows the data-retention setting on our Google Analytics property. You can opt out by blocking cookies in your browser or using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).
Advertising
We serve ads via Google AdSense. Google and other third-party advertisers use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this site and other sites. Google may use advertising cookies to show you personalized ads. You can turn off personalized ads in Google Ads Settings (https://adssettings.google.com), and opt out of personalized ads from other ad networks at https://www.aboutads.info/choices. Contact email
When you email contact@unolocus.com, we receive your email address, display name, and message content. We use this only to respond to your inquiry. Email is received and stored via our email service (Gmail); we keep it for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and delete it on request.
External and affiliate links
This site links to official agency and seller sites, and some links (e.g., Klook) carry affiliate tracking parameters. Once you click through, how that site processes information is governed by its own policy.
Hosting
This site is served via Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes request information, including your IP address, to deliver pages and for security. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which collects cookieless visit statistics (such as page load performance).
Your rights
You can view and delete cookies directly in your browser. Information Google processes can be managed through the Google settings above. To access, correct, or delete information the operator holds about you (such as contact emails), email contact@unolocus.com and we will respond within 7 business days.
Children
This site is not directly targeted at children under 14. If a guardian becomes aware of a child's use and believes this site has collected a child's personal information, please contact contact@unolocus.com and we will promptly investigate and take appropriate action.
